The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority and permission required to do so.
AI Weight Scale Estimator uses automated image analysis and artificial-intelligence services to estimate the apparent weight of an object shown in a photograph.
The Service does not physically weigh an object. Results are estimates based on visual information and may be incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect.
The Service is not a certified, calibrated, legal-for-trade, medical, laboratory, industrial, postal, shipping, engineering, or safety instrument.
AI-generated weight estimates may be materially wrong due to image quality, camera angle, perspective, lighting, hidden contents, density, packaging, scale, model behavior, or other factors.
Repeated scans or rechecks may produce different results.
You must independently verify any result with suitable real-world measuring equipment before relying on it where accuracy matters.
Do not rely on the Service for:
Any wording in the interface such as "recheck," "precise," "accurate," or similar language refers only to an additional or alternative automated estimate and does not guarantee accuracy.
You are responsible for photographs, notes, hints, feedback, actual-weight reports, and other material that you submit through the Service ("User Content").
You must have all rights and permissions necessary to submit and process User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to transmit, process, format, analyze, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Submitted photographs may be transmitted to external infrastructure, AI-routing, and model providers to generate the requested estimate.
We do not intentionally retain submitted photographs in our own storage after processing and do not use submitted photographs to train our own AI models.

We may refuse a request, restrict functionality, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, prohibited content, violations of these Terms, or violations of provider requirements.
The current version of the Service is provided free of charge and may be supported by advertising.
The Service may display banner, interstitial, app-open, rewarded, or other advertising supplied by third-party advertising providers.
We do not control every advertisement and do not endorse products, services, websites, or offers shown in advertisements. Any interaction or transaction with an advertiser is between you and the relevant third party.
The Service may limit the number of scans, rechecks, or other actions available during a period. Additional access may sometimes be offered after completion of a rewarded advertisement.
Watching or attempting to watch an advertisement does not guarantee that a reward will be issued if the advertisement is not completed, the advertising provider does not confirm completion, the request is duplicate or fraudulent, or the Service is unavailable.
We may change limits, rewards, available features, advertising formats, AI providers, AI models, or other operational aspects of the Service at any time.
You may voluntarily submit feedback, feature votes, error reports, or an object's actual measured weight.
We may use non-confidential feedback and suggestions to operate, evaluate, develop, and improve the Service without compensation or attribution.

The Service depends on third-party services, which may include Google Play, Cloudflare, Yandex AppMetrica, Clever Ads Solutions (CAS), Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, NanoGPT, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, underlying AI model providers, and other advertising, analytics, infrastructure, or technical services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are responsible for our own obligations but do not control independently operated third-party services, their availability, their content, or their business practices.

By confirming a scan, you instruct the Service to transmit the selected photograph and related technical information to the backend and active AI providers for analysis.
The Service may be unavailable or interrupted because of maintenance, network conditions, device compatibility, provider failures, geographic restrictions, quotas, security measures, or other technical or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of any feature, model, provider, advertisement format, result format, or service component.
We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary for product, security, technical, legal, provider, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all AI-generated estimates are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any estimate produced by the Service.

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the application at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary because of abuse, fraud, attacks, prohibited content, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or requirements imposed by service providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, security requirements, providers, or business practices.
